Eligibility for Returns

  • We only accept returns for defective products.

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@greenpick.au with the following details:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase.

  • A detailed description of the issue with the product.

  • Clear photos of the defect (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and provide instructions on the return process.

Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to your original payment method.
